Cambodian Government Announces Continuation of Tax Incentives on Real Estate

The Royal Government of Cambodia has announced the continuation of tax incentives on real estate for 2025, as per the notification issued by the Ministry of Economy and Finance on October 9, 2024. These measures aim to incentivize the Cambodian real estate sector by addressing various taxes, including stamp duty tax, annual property tax, tax on unused land, and capital gains tax on real estate.
